Opis stanowiska

Nasze wymagania: Experience in operating a technical support helpdesk (preferably in the security field) Attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, and punctuality Self-discipline and adherence to procedures English language proficiency at minimum B2 level Readiness to potentially work on some Saturdays/Sundays and in a shift system 7am-3pm, 10am-6pm and 2pm – 10pm Mile widziane: Working knowledge of Spanish or French Zakres obowiązków: Operating the technical helpdesk for security systems across JD Sports Fashion plc Group Monitoring and handling email and phone enquiries efficiently and in line with established KPIs Coordinating contractors’ work in accordance with agreed SLAs and providing after-hours support on a rota basis Remote configuration and support of alarm, CCTV, and EAS systems Verifying proper functioning of equipment during service and handovers Keeping technical support inventory records up to date Using RT Ticket System and other relevant tools to manage support tasks and ensure they are completed on time Monitoring expenses and assisting with purchase order creation and invoice processing for suppliers Collaborating with project and installation teams to resolve post-installation issues Ensuring full confidentiality of company-related information and secure handling of documentation
