IAM Cloud Engineer Location: Hybrid Kraków (6 days a month) Employment type: B2B Domain: Cloud Security / Identity & Access Management About the role We are looking for an IAM Cloud Engineer to join a team responsible for building and maintaining a modern cloud-based Identity and Access Management solution. You will support identity and access governance in a cloud-native environment and contribute to the development of a modern web application. The system is built using Next.js, React, UI components from shadcn-ui, and is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Key responsibilities • Supporting the IAM Cloud Control Owner in designing and reviewing user authorization concepts • Maintaining and developing the IAM Cloud solution • Handling and responding to technical IAM-related requests • Reviewing cloud-native logs and preparing queries for audit purposes • Contributing to the development of IAM application components • Collaborating with security and infrastructure teams Requirements • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) in cloud environments • Knowledge of cloud-native system architecture • Programming skills (TypeScript preferred) • Experience with access control models, roles, and permission systems • Ability to work with logs and audit data • Understanding of modern web application deployment patterns Nice to have • Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud providers (AWS / Azure) • Hands-on experience with Next.js / React • Background in security, compliance, or audit-related work • Experience writing log queries for security or audit purposes What we offer • Opportunity to work on a modern, cloud-native IAM platform • High impact on system architecture and design decisions • Modern technology stack and engineering practices • Collaboration with security and cloud engineering teams • Career growth in Cloud Security and IAM domain To learn more about Antal, please visit www.antal.pl
