Introduction & Summary We are seeking a highly skilled IAM / IGA Engineer to oversee the end-to-end IAM solution delivery within the Access Governance domain. This role requires in-depth experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and IAM best practices to ensure a secure and compliant implementation across IT and OT environments. Main Responsibilities • Lead the architecture and rollout of the IGA solution for the OT domain. • Shape and execute the OT IAM rollout roadmap with key milestones. • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders translating security requirements. • Support the OT IGA project rollout including UAT and pre/post-deployment activities. • Provide operational support for the IAM platform including user administration. • Perform application lifecycle management across various applications. Key Requirements • Experience: 2–3+ years hands-on implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. • IAM engineering & operations: Strong experience with IAM platforms in large-scale environments. • Directory & automation: Hands-on experience with Active Directory and PowerShell. • Platform delivery & application onboarding: Proven experience onboarding applications into IAM platforms. • Technical troubleshooting: Support maintenance and incident resolution across IAM technologies. • Agile ways of working: Experienced in SAFe/agile delivery methodologies. • Collaboration & stakeholder management: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams across time zones. Nice to Have • Exposure to operational technology (OT) domain. • Advanced user administration skills in IAM solutions. • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in cybersecurity. Other Details The working location is Gentofte, Denmark, and the consultant must work on-site for at least two days a week. The assignment is expected to last from June 1, 2026, to November 30, 2026.
