Nasze wymagania: Experience with IAM tools Basic knowledge of Windows AD, UNIX, z/OS Basic knowledge of authorization management First professional experience in support Language requirements for the provision of services are German or English, whereby German is required for the defined technical lead roles, roles with communication interfaces to the end customers , as well as for project-specific reporting. Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), such as an understanding of machine learning, deep learning or natural language processing, as well as experience with AI tools and platforms. O projekcie: Support Hours: • Service time 6:00 am – 5:30 pm, Mon – Fri ( Local Time Germany) • Early Shift Hours – 6:00 pm to 3:00 pm • Late Shift hours – 8:30 – 5:30 pm • Individual has to work in any of these shifts. • Additionally on-call duty to: Target Days (weekdays), 06:00 – 17:30. And weekends Fri, 05:30 PM – Mon, 06:00 AM Zakres obowiązków: Ensuring operation Ensuring that all component instances are connected and managed by the IAM system for components that are directly technically connected to the central IAM system. ServAvailability of all BRM components connected to IAM systems. Timely fault and error tests in accordance with the operations management manual. Ensure all employees are onboarded and offboarded in accordance with the client's specifications Communication was carried out in accordance with the procedures defined in the Operations Management Manual For all target systems technically connected to IAM, a target/actual comparison is configured, scheduled and ticket creation is activated. Support, Incident, Service Request tickets & issues e.g. (e.g. ARS and Service Now) Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Timely preparation of documentation as part of audits and certifications, e.g. creation of populations and verification documents as required. Support for those carrying out inspections Preparation and implementation of training and information events for the fulfilment of BRM GRC tasks BRM Recertification Ensuring the timely and complete semi-annual recertification campaign and proof of the 100% timely completion of the task in accordance with the contractor's specifications. Check functionality of all tools (e.g. reports) and report to the recertification management two weeks before the start of the recertification campaign. Data cleansing for the recertification campaigns on the data quality report. Complete collection and tracking of the specified unconnected components/instances as well as import of the authorization data to be delivered manually at least The data deliveries of the manual recertification are documented in a comprehensible manner. Timely and complete preparation and provision of all necessary final reports Ensuring on-time, complete and comprehensible recertification documentation (including filing in accordance with defined filing structure). Additional responsibilities for Lead L3: Govern the overall BRM operations and lead the team Ensure Quality deliverables Conduct weekly status meetings.. Implementation of coordination meetings for the fulfilment of BRM GRC tasks as required. Conducting Lessons Learned Meetings after each campaign for recertification and manual controls.
