emagine are looking for an Identity and Strategy Lead for one of our financiel clients. The role is crucial for shaping the bank’s Identity and Access Management strategy within the financial sector, ensuring secure and efficient practices for managing identities in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Main responsibilities:
• Define, socialize, and maintain an enterprise IAM strategy aligned with business and security strategies.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year IAM roadmap with prioritized initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Define the future-state IAM operating model, covering governance and policy.
• Establish approaches for managing human and non-human identities.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to secure delivery of the roadmap.
• Translate regulatory expectations into practical IAM controls and metrics.
• Define performance and risk metrics for IAM effectiveness.
• Provide executive-level advice and recommendations to senior committees.
• Act as an internal authority on IAM strategy and emerging identity threats.
Key requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience in IAM strategy and transformation in highly regulated environments.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap execution.
• Deep understanding of various IAM domains including authentication and authorization standards.
• Experience in defining IAM governance and policy frameworks.
Nice to have:
• Experience with major IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Knowledge of European regulatory expectations for identity management.
• Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and machine identity governance.
• Professional certifications in cybersecurity or IAM.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 1 year
Workload: fulltime + 3 days at the office
Location: Copenhagen
