IDM Developer / Analyst – One Identity

Remote (EU-based)B2B Contract | 10–12 months We are seeking a hands-on IDM Developer / Analyst with a strong technical background to develop and evolve the One Identity platform for our client in the financial services sector. This role requires significant real-world delivery experience and the ability to work independently in a technical capacity, rather than just coordinating support functions.   Main Responsibilities: • Actively design, develop, and enhance the One Identity (IDM) platform. • Take ownership of technical changes across the full delivery lifecycle. • Resolve complex production issues and provide Level 3 support when required. • Drive small to mid-sized enhancements from analysis through deployment. • Participate in system upgrades and platform evolution initiatives. • Translate business and access management requirements into technical solutions. • Ensure code quality, platform stability, and adherence to development standards. • Perform testing activities including unit, integration, and regression testing. • Support release activities and deployments across UAT and Production. • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and security teams. • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to Level 2 support teams.   Key Requirements: • 5–6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IDM). • Strong hands-on experience with One Identity (practical development experience required). • Proven ability to work independently in a technical delivery role. • Experience with system upgrades and platform improvements. • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex access models. • Experience supporting production systems in enterprise environments. • Comfortable working in distributed, remote teams across the EU.   Nice to Have: • Experience with One Identity version 8 or higher. • Background in financial services or regulated environments. • Experience mentoring or supporting junior / Level 2 engineers.   Other Details: This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in the EU, offering a B2B contract for a duration of 10 to 12 months within the financial services industry.
