Key Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial IT
• Experience in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of data governance, digital banking, or cybersecurity frameworks
• Ability to work within international teams
• Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
• Experience with European banking institutions
• Cloud certifications
• Agile / SAFe exposure
• Security or data-related certifications
