Nice to Have - Experience in standard documentation aligned to regulatory requirements. - Background in technology or similar industry. - Familiarity with Service Now. Codzienne zadania: - Handle requests in Service Now within agreed SLA. - Respond promptly to cryptography-related queries and priority tasks. - Escalate and clarify non-standard queries when needed. - Identify process gaps and escalate accordingly. - Work on continuous improvements in data quality. - Detect and report cryptography-related issues.
