We run and manage IT infrastructure, data centres, and core banking systems that power one of the world's leading international banks. Our multi-disciplined teams include DevOps engineers, IT architects, front and back-end developers, infrastructure specialists, cyber experts, as well as project and programme managers. Following extensive investment across our Technology and Digital domains, and with plans for continued expansion throughout 2025 and beyond, we are currently seeking an SME — Cryptography to join our team. The role will be involved in Cryptography Security Assurance Reviews as well as Cryptography Consultancy services. Your Responsibilities - Processing requests in Service Now within agreed SLA - Responding to queries about cryptography in a timely manner - Escalating and clarifying non-standard or priority queries - Identifying gaps in processes and escalating them accordingly - Working on continuous data quality enhancement - Identifying and reporting on cryptography-related issues What We Offer - Stable cooperation with a professional, international team - Consistent and clearly defined scope of responsibilities - Private healthcare and Multisport Card - Cultural exchange in a truly global environment Wymagania: Skills & Experience We Require - Customer and stakeholder focus — ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional IT and global/local IT teams- Strong analytical skills and excellent documentation abilities- Operational effectiveness — delivering solutions aligned to approved design patterns and security, risk, and regulatory standards- Understanding of cryptography and its practical applications- A track record of continuously looking for ways to improve processes and the drive to implement change effectively- Genuine interest in and willingness to develop further in the field of cryptography Nice to Have - Proven background working with standard documentation and regulatory requirements- General background in technology
