Mid-Level Technical Business Analyst – Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week) As a Mid-Level Technical Business Analyst – Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will be working for our client in the cybersecurity industry, focusing on delivering cutting-edge solutions for passwordless and phishing-resistant MFA (FIDO-based authentication). Join a team dedicated to transforming security protocols and enhancing user experiences across global deployments—your expertise will drive pivotal change at the forefront of digital security. Your main responsibilities: • Lead requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews, ensuring clear documentation and ongoing change management • Facilitate gap analysis, translating findings into epics, user stories, and traceable requirements • Support technology assessments with service owners, capturing requirements, constraints, and impacts related to MFA, passwordless, and FIDO adoption • Collaborate with business units, IT, IAM specialists, cybersecurity, and operations to align on project objectives • Present progress, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts for varied audiences • Produce and maintain process maps and user journey documentation for MFA and phishing-resistant MFA changes • Define current versus future state flows and operational handoffs to support seamless implementations • Work closely with project managers and IAM teams to understand scope, dependencies, and support planning for pilots and rollouts • Contribute to large global deployment initiatives—preparation, communication, operational impacts, and cutover considerations • Maintain programme documentation in Confluence/Jira and create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to ensure transparency and delivery tracking You're ideal for this role if you have: • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar in an IT environment • Strong analysis and process mapping skills • Experience supporting large global deployment projects, especially MFA or authentication changes • Proven ability to work closely with engineers, developers, and operational teams • Confident communication skills; capable of challenging constructively and engaging senior stakeholders • Proactive attitude, self-sufficient, and excellent at managing multiple priorities • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, with a mindset for optimizing team workflows • Knowledge of MFA and phishing-resistant authentication, including FIDO-based approaches It is a strong plus if you have: • Experience in financial services  • Working with international, cross-functional teams • Data skills: cleansing, mapping, transforming, and creating stakeholder-facing content Language Required for the role: Fluent English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and professionally Eligibility to work in Europe: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
