Opis stanowiska

O projekcie: For one of our international client we are looking for Network Data Lead who will join the area of Network Data & Netscaler focuses on the management and optimisation of network services, including load balancing, DNS, network routing, network segmentation, and network automation. The area ensures high availability, scalability, and performance of business-critical applications by leveraging technologies such as Citrix Netscaler and Infoblox. The area also supports the transition to cloud-managed networking and the adoption of software-defined networking (SDN) principles. Wymagania: Skillset: - Advanced load balancing and application delivery expertise with Citrix NetScaler/ADC (L4–L7, SSL offload, GSLB, HA). - Strong DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox DDI): zone architecture, DHCP management, IP address automation, split-horizon DNS. - Deep understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), network segmentation, ACL design. - Certificate lifecycle management for network devices and ADC bindings (TLS, cipher suites, HSTS). - Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible, Infoblox APIs, NetScaler automation). - Strong skills in network performance troubleshooting, packet analysis (Wireshark), TCP/IP deep diagnostics. - Knowledge of network capacity planning, dependency mapping, and SRE approaches. - Firmware and platform upgrade experience: automated validation, same-day rollback, structured deployment. - DR and continuity planning for network failover, load‑balancer failover, DNS/GSLB resilience. - Monitoring & SIEM integration for network telemetry, ADC logs, DNS query logging. - Mentoring of L2 analysts in routing, DNS, load balancing, and network troubleshooting. - People management for the Network Data L2 analysts. Codzienne zadania: - Provide L3 support for network transport, routing, DNS, load balancing, NAC, and network automation incidents. - Monitor network infrastructure components: routers, switches, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, load balancers (Citrix NetScaler), routing policies, segmentation boundaries. - Execute routine network maintenance such as firmware updates, configuration adjustments, device health checks, and routing optimization. - Support onboarding and configuration of network devices following network engineering standards and architecture patterns. - Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, segmentation, DNS resolution, and application delivery issues. - Manage and optimize NetScaler ADC platforms. - Manage and improve Infoblox DDI, including zone design, DHCP scopes, IPAM hygiene, and large‑scale scripted changes. - Support network capacity planning, SRE practices, and performance optimization activities. - Participate in network lifecycle work: device refresh, firmware upgrades, cloud connectivity expansion, SD‑WAN/SDN adoption. - Maintain network asset inventories, topology documentation, routing diagrams, and runbooks. - Participate in DR rehearsals for network failover, including synthetic monitoring validation. - Improve operational processes by identifying network bottlenecks, recurring issues, and proposing automation. - Work with application teams, cloud teams, and vendors to resolve cross-domain network and load‑balancing issues. - Ensure network compliance: change management, audit requirements, stable configuration baselines. - Maintain expert-level knowledge of routing protocols, network segmentation models, ADC traffic flows, and DNS architecture. - Participate in team knowledge sharing, operational reviews, and capability building. - Escalate high-impact network outages or routing issues per the escalation matrix. - Lead the L2 Network Data analysts and organize an On-Call rota for this area.
