OT / IT Cybersecurity Expert

Nasze wymagania: University degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field Solid experience in OT / ICS environments, industrial automation, or industrial cybersecurity Hands‑on or architectural experience with OTcybersecurity, including: IEC 62443 Industrial network segmentation and secure architectures Risk assessments and security concepts for OT environments Good understanding of IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity principles Experience working with industrial cybersecurity tools (e.g. OT monitoring, intrusion detection, asset discovery) Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem‑solving English at a level enabling confident professional communication (German is a plus) Zakres obowiązków: Act as a central point of contact and subject‑matter expert for OT cybersecurity topics across projects and products Support the design, review, and validation of OT security architectures, including network segmentation, zones & conduits, and secure system integration Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of OT security standards, guidelines, and reference architectures Perform and coordinate OT security assessments, risk analyses, and maturity evaluations based on frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001 Advise internal teams and customers on OT cybersecurity concepts, solution design, and best practices Support industrial projects by reviewing security concepts, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation measures Coordinate OT security topics with internal stakeholders, customers, and external vendors Participate in and contribute to internal expert groups and Communities of Practice Support internal awareness, knowledge sharing, and training activities related to OT cybersecurity Contribute to the development and commercialization of OT cybersecurity services as part of the broader business strategy Oferujemy: 💰 Competitive salary aligned with your skills and experience 🌍 Work in an international environment on advanced technological projects 🚀 Opportunities for professional growth and participation in innovative solutions 🤝 Collaboration with experienced expert teams and access to corporate knowledge 🕒 Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model 🎂 A day off on your birthday and additional jubilee leave 🏥 Private medical care, group life insurance, and a sports card 🎓 Access to training programs, including language courses 💼 Employee Capital Plans (PPK) - 2.5% employer contribution 🌱 Opportunities to continuously develop your skills and bring your own ideas to life 🏗️ Active participation in shaping and growing the organization
