PKI & Certificate Management Engineer – Venafi / Infrastructure

As a PKI & Certificate Management Engineer – Venafi / Infrastructure, you will be working for our client, an industry leader in cybersecurity solutions, dedicated to safeguarding digital assets through innovative PKI and certificate management strategies. Your main responsibilities: • Draft detailed technical documents including design, implementation, and test specifications to ensure comprehensive project tracking • Participate actively in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of PKI and certificate management solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and automate processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Python, and more • Support and improve deployment workflows, including release management and system monitoring using industry-standard tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Splunk • Document engineering tasks, product features, and system configurations adhering to best practices and internal standards • Contribute to incident management and change management processes using ITIL-compliant tools such as ServiceNow • Assist in managing databases, particularly Microsoft SQL, and work with various industry-standard infrastructures like VMware, Windows, Linux, and network security components You're ideal for this role if you have: • 5+ years of experience in engineering, with a focus on PKI, certificates, or related fields • Proven experience in drafting technical documents and executing software testing phases • Solid understanding of PKI concepts, certificate authorities, and registration authorities • Familiarity with automation and scripting tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Python • Experience working with industry tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint • Knowledge of software release and deployment platforms including GitHub and Jenkins • Solid understanding of SDLC practices and industry best standards • Working knowledge of databases (Microsoft SQL) and IT infrastructure components (VMware, Windows, Linux, Firewalls, Networks) • Experience in Identity Access Management (RBAC, Privileged Access Management) • Familiarity with Service Management tools and processes such as ITIL, Incident & Change Management workflows It is a strong plus if you have: • Venafi TPP knowledge & experience, especially in SSH keys discovery • Previous experience working in large organizations, especially within the Financial Sector Language Required for the role: • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills Eligibility for the role: • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
