Project Manager

Wymagania: - PMI certification (CAMP or preferred PMP) - Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery - Proven experience as a sole Project Manager on IT projects - Experience in IT transformation / integration projects - Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills - An understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains, like: - Firewalls (FW), Proxy solutions - Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database Activity Monitoring - Endpoint Protection - Security Monitoring - Vulnerability management, Security baselines - Identity & Access Management (IAM) - Network Security - Azure Cloud Architecture Mile widziane: - Experience in financial sector is a plus O firmie: - B2Bnetwork jest polską firmą, specjalizującą się w obszarze Quality Assurance oraz Outsourcingu specjalistów IT. Zakres obowiązków: - Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains - Own full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders) - Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, depending on the project - Apply structured Waterfall practices (clear phases, documentation, change control, governance) - Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate - Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security - Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements - Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders
