Zakres obowiązków: - Leads 3–5 low to medium complexity projects or 1–2 highly complex projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality constraints. - Owns all aspects of projects to deliver approved business functionality to Sysco. - Defines scope, delivery approach, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and budget in partnership with the Project Sponsor. - Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders and dependent projects to develop detailed project schedules, including activities, milestones, and duration estimates; monitors and revises schedules as needed. - Monitors and controls multiple aspects of projects throughout the lifecycle, including change requests, issues, risks, and status reporting. - Manages project budgets, including purchases, contracts, and monthly spend and resource forecasting. - Assists in obtaining cost and overhead estimates and develops project budgets based on business cases. - Addresses low-level risks, issues, and scope change requests; escalates when needed and implements responses following established processes. - Facilitates requisitions, creates purchase requests, and onboards third-party resources. - Owns project/workstream-level reporting and adapts communication to stakeholder needs. - Establishes quality indicators for processes and outputs aligned with stakeholders and business cases. - Conducts regular reviews to assess progress, stakeholder relationships, outcomes, and benefit realization.
