Senior AI-Powered Cybersecurity Resilience Engineer

Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 4 remote days per week).As a Senior AI-Powered Cybersecurity Resilience Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, dedicated to safeguarding digital assets and building resilient security systems. Your expertise will drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions for detecting vulnerabilities, automating patching workflows, and enhancing observability—empowering the client to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats. Your main responsibilities: • Developing AI-enhanced solutions for security vulnerabilities remediation and patching. • Creating AI-powered observability and monitoring tools on platforms like Splunk ITSI and other applications. • Ensuring secure coding standards and compliance with company security policies. • Collaborating with global stakeholders, including AI governance and engineering teams. • Building, optimizing, and troubleshooting deployment pipelines for reliability and scalability. • Integrating automated patching workflows into CI/CD pipelines, including validation and deployment. • Automating repetitive security tasks through scripting and pipeline automation. • Supporting deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of AI solutions in production environments. You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, AI, or related fields. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Deliverance. • Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Groovy. • Strong background in using Ansible for environment provisioning and configuration management. • Deep understanding of Git version control and branching strategies. • Experience with automated testing within CI/CD pipelines. • Proficiency in Python, especially with FastAPI for building scalable APIs. • Familiarity with LangGraph or OpenAI SDKs for AI integration. • Knowledge of React, particularly AGUI, for developing interactive AI-driven user interfaces. • Solid understanding of RESTful API design, security, and integration. • Experience connecting AI services to databases (SQL/NoSQL). • Hands-on experience working with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic) via SDKs or APIs. • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative AI-driven solutions and frameworks. • Passion for exploring new AI tools and industry best practices. It is a strong plus if you have: • Certifications in cybersecurity, AI, or DevOps. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
