Your main responsibilities: • Process cryptography-related requests in ServiceNow within established SLAs, ensuring timely and accurate responses • Respond to cryptography queries from stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support • Escalate non-standard or complex security issues for further analysis and resolution • Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and escalate when necessary • Contribute to continuous data quality enhancements related to cryptography security • Document cryptography processes, issues, and resolutions comprehensively • Collaborate with global, local, and cross-functional teams to uphold security standards and best practices You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields • Strong understanding of cryptography concepts and their applications • Proven ability to manage security requests and respond effectively to internal or external stakeholders • Experience with operational standards related to security, risk, and regulatory compliance • Excellent documentation and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools • Ability to adapt, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency It is a strong plus if you have: • Experience working with documentation conforming to regulatory standards • Background in technology and security operations • Experience with ServiceNow platform Language Required for the role: • Polish — Good communicative level Eligibility for the role: • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
