Nasze wymagania: Formal education in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 4–5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on data protection and DLP Hands-on experience with DLP products (at least 2 from Symantec DLP, Proofpoint, McAfee CASB, Microsoft Information Protection) Strong knowledge of Data in Motion and Data at Rest security Experience in policy creation, tuning, and deployment for DLP solutions Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Agile processes Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead governance meetings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a regulated environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for technical and non-technical audiences Mile widziane: Experience with test planning, scripting, and automation Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance frameworks Experience working in financial services or highly regulated industries Familiarity with risk management and audit processes O projekcie: We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security DLP Analyst to join the Cybersecurity Technology & Engineering team. This role is responsible for implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and governance, ensuring compliance with global security standards, and protecting sensitive data across the organization. You will work closely with global stakeholders, lead DLP governance meetings, and support the delivery of enterprise-wide security strategies. This is a key customer-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a highly regulated environment. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Zakres obowiązków: Manage and optimize DLP policies for Data in Motion (DIM) and Data at Rest (DAR) Perform policy creation, tuning, recertification, testing, and deployment Oversee whitelist management and ensure compliance with security standards Collaborate with global teams to implement enterprise-wide IT security strategies Monitor and report on service and policy performance using agreed metrics Lead DLP governance meetings with stakeholders, including audit and compliance teams Support risk reduction initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements Document processes and maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reviews Engage with vendors and manage relationships for DLP and CASB solutions Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
