Senior Cybersecurity & GRC Project Manager

Nasze wymagania: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT tools implementation. Strong expertise in Governance, Risks, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and tools. Excellent skills in creating project documentation and managing complex projects. Fluent command of English and Polish, both verbal and written. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate international projects. Good understanding of cybersecurity and risk management best practices. Mile widziane: Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CISSP, or similar. Experience with cybersecurity tool integration projects. Zakres obowiązków: Lead the discovery phase, identifying client needs and defining project scopes. Select appropriate tools and technologies aligned with client requirements. Prepare comprehensive project documentation and detailed implementation plans. Coordinate and execute seamless end-to-end GRC tool deployment. Collaborate with international teams to meet project milestones on time and within budget. Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and proactively resolving issues. Drive continuous improvement and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
