Excellent communication skills in English (fluent), with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Proven ability to work independently and in geographically dispersed teams. Zakres obowiązków: Lead the engineering, assessment, and continuous improvement of internet content filtering and remote access security solutions, including hardware proxy appliances and SaaS-based SASE environments. Provide subject matter expertise to review projects, ensuring security controls meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and control gaps; develop and recommend practical remediation strategies. Collaborate across teams to influence security architecture, strategies, and best practices, ensuring alignment with HSBC’s risk appetite. Analyze network and security data (logs, alerts) to support decision-making and validate control effectiveness. Coach and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their development. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for technical and senior management audiences. Maintain awareness of evolving cybersecurity threats, industry standards, and technological advancements in proxy and remote access security.
