As a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead – Cybersecurity & AI Integration, you will be working for our client, a global leader in cybersecurity technology. You will drive the design and delivery of cutting-edge, full-stack solutions that enhance cyber defense capabilities, integrating AI and automation into a secure, scalable environment. Your main responsibilities:
• Lead technical design and oversee the delivery of microservices and integrations in an agile/DevSecOps environment, partnering closely with Product Owners and the global engineering leadership.
• Contribute hands-on development across backend, pipelines, and automation to ensure high-quality, operationally resilient solutions.
• Architect and evolve loosely coupled microservices supporting cyber use cases like threat detection, vulnerability management, and third-party scan integrations.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub), reducing friction and boosting deployment reliability.
• Drive a culture of high operability, including incident troubleshooting, release discipline, technical documentation, and service health monitoring.
• Develop AI-enabled features such as triage, anomaly detection, and automation workflows that measurably improve cyber outcomes.
• Promote responsible AI use, establishing standards for secure coding, data handling, and testing in AI-infused features.
• Establish and embed best practices, patterns, and reusable components for your squad—ensuring consistent quality and rapid delivery.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming, design reviews, and peer feedback, leading by example in technical excellence.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
• Over 7 years of experience delivering production services with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Proven track record designing REST APIs and integrating third-party security tools and internal services.
• Solid knowledge of microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems patterns.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab, Linux administration, and core networking knowledge.
• Proficiency in SQL and complex query development.
• Leadership experience guiding technical delivery, making design decisions, and mentoring team members.
• Experience building AI-enabled software, utilizing ML/NLP, LLM-based components, or AI workflows, along with use of AI coding tools in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of translating technical concepts across diverse teams.
• Eligibility to work in the European Union. Only candidates with existing legal right to work within Europe will be considered.
It is a strong plus if you have:
• Cybersecurity engineering background (SAST/DAST, pen testing, threat detection).
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), Terraform, monitoring tools (Prometheus), or service mesh knowledge.
• Front-end skills beyond HTML/JavaScript (e.g., React).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
