Senior IAM Manager

O projekcie: Smart Topaz is partnering with a global consulting organization that is further developing its cybersecurity practice, with a particular focus on digital identity. The company is expanding its presence in the region and investing in building a strong IAM capability supporting both international and local clients. We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Manager who will play a key role in shaping and delivering identity-related initiatives, while also supporting the growth of this area within the organization. Wymagania: What we’re looking for - Experience in Identity & Access Management or related identity security domains Track record of involvement in implementation or transformation initiatives  - Understanding of identity lifecycle and access governance concepts Experience in client-facing roles, ideally within consulting or professional services - Ability to combine technical understanding with business perspective - Experience working in international environments - Fluent English and Polish Nice to have - Exposure to leading IAM tools and platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta or similar) - Experience supporting client proposals or pre-sales activities - Familiarity with recognized security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST) - Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or identity Codzienne zadania: - Driving delivery of identity-focused initiatives across multiple clients and industries - Leading design and rollout of identity and access solutions in complex environments - Overseeing project execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals - Acting as a trusted advisor for clients in the area of digital identity - Supporting development of new opportunities and contributing to go-to-market activities - Working closely with multidisciplinary teams across security, technology, and business areas - Sharing knowledge and supporting development of less experienced team members
