Senior IAM / Security Architect

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior IAM / Security Architect Responsibilities: • Development of IAM architecture recommendations for a platform covering identity provisioning for multiple clients in the energy sector • Analysis of existing processes, risks, and security requirements in the context of large enterprise environments • Technical consulting in the following areas: Microsoft Entra ID, including advanced integration scenarios • IAM in multi-tenant / multi-client models • Identity lifecycle, access governance, federation, and SSO • Security standards and compliance • Proposing best practices and improvements focused on security and solution scalability   Requirements: • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IAM and Security Architecture–related roles • Documented hands-on experience in designing solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) • Identity provisioning and identity management automation • Configuration and security of Microsoft Cloud environments in large organizations • Identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM) • Experience in large-scale projects and enterprise environments • Ability to quickly analyze situations and formulate clear architectural recommendations • High level of independence and strong client-facing consulting skills • Experience in the energy sector or in multi-client / MSP projects • Microsoft certifications (e.g. SC-300, SC-100, AZ-500) • Experience with PAM, IGA, or SIEM tools   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
