Senior IT Administrator

Nasze wymagania: Operating Systems: Proficiency in macOS and Windows Server environments. Hardware Expertise: Practical knowledge of supporting logistics-related hardware (thermal printers, handheld scanners, mobile terminals). Networking: Strong understanding of network protocols and wireless infrastructure management. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both local and remote teams. Language (English): Ability to work with technical documentation and communicate fluently within an international IT structure. Zakres obowiązków: Infrastructure Stability: Ensuring the availability and stability of network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN) and video surveillance systems (CCTV). Service Desk Management: Managing service requests via the Ticketing System in accordance with SLA standards to minimize operational downtime. Hardware Maintenance: Maintaining and repairing workstations and providing technical support for peripherals (scanners, label printers, mobile terminals). Procurement & Configuration: Selecting, purchasing, and configuring computer hardware and software licenses in compliance with company policy. Team Collaboration: Working closely with local and remote IT teams in various locations and logistics centers. Incident Support: Assisting IT team members in other locations with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical incidents. Documentation: Sharing technical expertise and creating post-implementation documentation for joint projects. Standards & Security: Implementing and supervising global IT policies and information security standards within local structures. Oferujemy: Stability: Employment based on a standard employment contract (Umowa o pracę). Competitive Salary: From 9,500 to 10,500 PLN Gross, depending on your experience. Working hours: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Onboarding: Full support from the team during your first months. Growth: Working in an international environment on advanced infrastructure projects.
