Nasze wymagania: Success in this role comes from combining strategic leadership with deep technical understanding and the ability to influence across a complex, global environment Extensive experience leading enterprise or global IAM programmes, with a strong understanding of identity governance, privileged access management, MFA, SSO and directory services Proven ability to define and deliver IAM strategy, manage large scale initiatives and work effectively with senior stakeholders across technology, security and the business Hands on experience with modern IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and privileged access tools, alongside strong regulatory and audit knowledge A collaborative leadership style, with experience building and developing high performing teams and driving measurable service outcomes Zakres obowiązków: In this role, you will set the direction for identity governance and access management across the organisation, ensuring digital identities for employees, contractors, partners and systems are managed securely throughout their lifecycle. You will lead the evolution of our IAM strategy, balancing security, compliance and business agility, while remaining close to the technology and operations that make it work. You will oversee IAM platforms and services end to end, from access provisioning and certifications to privileged access and directory services. Working closely with IT, cybersecurity, HR and business teams, you will translate business needs into effective access models, guide complex IAM programmes and ensure controls stand up to audit and regulatory scrutiny. Alongside this, you will build, mentor and lead a specialist IAM team, creating an environment of continuous improvement and strong service delivery.
