Senior Network Engineer (Citrix Netscaler Specialist)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Network Engineer (Citrix Netscaler Specialist) Location: Warsaw, Łódź or Gdańsk (hybrid work- three times a week in the office)Responsibilities: • Lead and support the Micro-Segmentation phase of the Zero Trust project • Split all services currently using shared SNIPs into dedicated SNIPs (Subnet IPs) to ensure isolated communication between Load Balancers (LB) and backend servers • Collaborate with CSIRT and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with security and logging requirements • Implement and configure solutions on Citrix Netscaler platforms to support micro-segmentation • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain LB configurations for secure end-to-end connectivity • Document technical solutions, configurations, and operational procedures • Work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team to deliver project milestones   Requirements: • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Netscaler (high expertise required) • Strong experience in network segmentation and subnet management • Deep understanding of SNIP, VIP, and LB configurations • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment • Very good command of English, both spoken and written Nice to have: • General knowledge of broader networking concepts (routing, switching, firewalls, etc.)   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
