Opis stanowiska

We are seeking a Senior PAM/Secrets Management IT Security Business Analyst to join our PAM team within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization. This role offers the chance to be part of an international team committed to protecting the bank through a de-risked, compliant, and secure environment. About Secrets Management: Secrets management involves securely handling non-human privileged access for applications, services, and automated processes. This includes privileged account credentials, passwords, certificates, SSH keys, API keys, and encryption keys. Effective management ensures credentials are protected, centrally governed, and used appropriately across tools, applications, DevOps pipelines, containers, and cloud environments.We have identified a gap in Secrets Management and are actively working on a project to address this. Key Responsibilities: • Drive and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders. • Document and track functional requirements and identified use cases for Secrets Management. • Collaborate closely with Project Manager, Product Owner, Process Owner, IAM Architect, and SMEs to mature the PAM offering. • Assess and validate use-cases, requirements, and tools for Secrets Management. • Support Proof of Concept (POC) phases and contribute to implementation planning and execution. Requirements: • Proven experience in risk management and vendor selection for Secrets Management, including documentation of functional and non-functional requirements and use cases. • Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills with various stakeholders. • Experience in change management and working within Agile/Scrum DevOps teams. • Knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices for on-premise and cloud. • Understanding of security principles such as Segregation of Duties (SoD), Least Privilege, and Zero Trust. • Familiarity with Cyber Security frameworks such as CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x. • Strong technical analysis and documentation skills. • Structured, organized, and results-driven working style. • Ability to convert between business and technical contexts. • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). Desirable: • Experience with CyberArk technology. • Hands-on experience with PAM and Secrets Management solutions. • Knowledge of PAM controls and regulatory requirements.
