Senior Project Manager (Cyber Security)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Project Manager (Cyber Security) Location: Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, Łódź (Hybrid mode) Responsibilities: • Lead and manage IT and Cyber Security projects with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements • Manage supplier relationships and coordinate external vendors • Oversee and coordinate ongoing project activities, ensuring progress and timely delivery • Translate technical requirements and specifications into actionable tasks and deliverables • Work independently and take ownership of project commitments and outcomes • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment • Support projects related to Privileged Access Management (PAM) and security solutions • Manage change, risks, and delivery processes within the project lifecycle Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, preferably within Cyber Security or IAM • Experience in managing and delivering IT and security projects • Experience with supplier management • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and access control systems • Familiarity with Mainframe/RACF • Strong technical understanding and ability to work with technical topics • Experience with Agile delivery, IT service management, and change management • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Good English communication skills (written and spoken) • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and responsible approach • Flexible and adaptable to change with a positive and engaging attitude   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
