Senior Security Administrator - Cryptography (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Security Administrator to join our team working on a long-term project for HSBC. You will play a crucial role in ensuring cryptographic security and providing consultancy services, while collaborating with a diverse team of IT professionals. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance remote work with occasional office visits in Cracow. Your tasks
• Processing requests in ServiceNow within agreed SLAs
• Responding to queries about cryptography
• Timely response to priority tasks
• Escalating and clarifying non-standard queries
• Identifying gaps in processes and escalating them accordingly
• Working on continuous data enhancement quality
• Identifying and reporting on cryptography-related issues

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security administration or a related field
• Deep understanding of cryptography and its applications
• Strong analytical skills and operational effectiveness
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent documentation skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Experience with ServiceNow and managing requests within SLAs
• Advanced level of English

• Proven background in working with standard documentation and delivering on regulatory requirements
• Experience in technology-related fields
