Summary: The Tax Consultant role focuses on managing German withholding tax within asset management, specifically addressing operational aspects of taxation on investment income.
Main Responsibilities:
• Operatively handle German withholding tax in the investment and securities domain.
• Assist in the taxation processes related to dividends and interest income.
• Manage Tax Reclaims and facilitate Relief at Source when applicable.
• Provide expertise on international taxation of investment income, particularly under German regulations.
Key Requirements:
• Strong practical experience with withholding tax.
• Knowledge of German tax regulations and international taxation of investment income.
• Experience with the taxation of dividends and interest income.
• Hands-on experience with Tax Reclaims and ideally Relief at Source.
• Background in asset management, securities, or investment funds.
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with RAQUEST.

• Contract: B2B
• Duration: Planned until at least March (extension possible).
• Hybrid work setup 8 days per month in Kraków office
• Rate: open to discussion :)
