O projekcie: – Prestigious position at one of the world’s largest banks – Stable, long-term projects – Competitive salary with a B2B contract – Hybrid work (6 days per month from the office in Cracow) and flexible working hours – Private healthcare and multisport card – Personal growth and development opportunities with the possibility to rotate between projects – Referral program and company events – Convenient parking Recruitment process: two online meetings with the hiring managers, followed by an initial phone screening with our recruiter Wymagania: – Experience in technology risk, cybersecurity controls, or IT risk management environments – Good understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and core cybersecurity concepts – Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across technology and risk functions – Hands-on experience with reporting and collaboration tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Confluence – Experience supporting risk assessments, issue and action management, governance reporting, audits, or regulatory activities – Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills – Understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity environments with the ability to identify risks and recommend practical solutions Codzienne zadania: - Partner with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to manage technology and cyber risk and strengthen the effectiveness of security controls - Identify control gaps and support remediation activities across technology and cybersecurity environments - Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance on technology risk, controls, and governance matters - Prepare risk reporting, dashboards, and analysis using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Confluence - Support governance processes, monitor remediation progress, and contribute to reporting for risk committees and leadership forums - Collaborate with first- and second-line teams on audits, regulatory activities, incident follow-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives - Contribute to proactive risk management by analysing trends, identifying emerging risks, and recommending practical improvements
