O projekcie: Project Description We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented and highly creative Associate Designer to join a global Corporate Content and Production team within a large international financial organisation. The role focuses on delivering high-quality visual communication assets across digital and print channels, supporting internal and external corporate communications, brand storytelling, and marketing initiatives. You will contribute to shaping and maintaining a consistent global brand identity by producing visually compelling, structured and template-driven content across multiple platforms. The role is execution-focused, with strong emphasis on production quality, speed of delivery, and alignment with corporate brand standards. This position operates in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and requires strong coordination across content, social media, and web teams, supporting global communication campaigns and corporate storytelling initiatives. Wymagania: - Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or similar role - Experience working within corporate, agency, or fast-paced production environments is preferred - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Strong PowerPoint design and formatting skills for executive-level presentations - Experience working with design systems and brand templates - Strong understanding of social media formats and platform requirements (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) - Familiarity with both Mac and Windows environments - Ability to produce mobile-first digital content Nice to Have - Experience in financial services, banking, or global corporate organisations - Exposure to corporate reporting or regulated content environments - Interest in emerging digital tools and AI-assisted creative workflows Codzienne zadania: - Create high-quality digital and print assets including banners, social media content, infographics, presentations, carousels, short-form videos, and simple animations - Develop and adapt visual content using established brand templates and design systems - Produce polished PowerPoint presentations, charts, and executive-level materials - Ensure mobile-first design adaptation and compliance with platform-specific requirements - Work closely with Content, Social Media, and Web teams to deliver creative outputs on schedule - Iterate designs based on feedback from multiple stakeholders in a structured and efficient manner - Support high-volume production during peak delivery periods - Communicate effectively within a distributed, multi-timezone environment - Ensure full compliance with corporate brand guidelines and visual identity standards - Maintain structured asset libraries, including naming conventions and version control practices - Identify opportunities to improve templates, workflows, and production efficiency - Support consistency and quality across all visual communication outputs - Support the development of engaging digital content aligned with communication strategies - Apply industry best practices in social media and digital storytelling - Contribute to evolution of visual standards and design approaches within the organisation - Support transformation of key corporate messages into clear visual narratives - Ensure all outputs meet regulatory, compliance, and reputational standards - Identify, escalate, and mitigate creative production risks where necessary - Support continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and production processes - Maintain awareness of evolving digital and creative technology trends
