As an in-house Brand & Marketing Production Designer at Tidio - you will own the entire visual layer of marketing, from Meta Ads to trade show materials. One person, broad scope, full ownership from brief to production. You will work directly with performance, content, and product marketing -testing and execution at real scale. You don't just design - you deliver end-to-end. If merch needs printing, you find the print shop, prep production files, pick Pantone colors, and manage logistics. If a booth needs building, you coordinate with the manufacturer. You understand that an unpublished asset is a non-existent asset. Your scope includes: Performance - statics, video, and AI UGC for Meta Ads, display bannersWeb & growth - landing pages, assets for GTM campaigns, product launches Email - templates and assets for recurring and one-off campaigns Sales enablement - pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards Content - ebooks, whitepapers, explainer graphics, video explainers Social media - Reels, LinkedIn graphics, assets for the content team Field marketing & events - booth designs, roll-ups, banners, event prints, printed materials Merch & swag - T-shirts, notebooks, gadgets — from design through to production wrap-up You are the perfect fit if you have: • At least 3 years of experience in a design and creative production role. • Proven experience taking full ownership of projects - receive a brief and deliver end-to-end, including logistics, printing, production, and revisions. • Hands-on experience delivering output across all channels - ads, web, email, sales materials, content, and social. • Hands-on experience producing assets for field marketing, events, and brand activations. • Hands-on experience managing merch and swag projects from design through to production wrap-up. • Strong understanding of how to design toward business goals, not just aesthetics. • Comfortable using Ads Manager, GA, and HubSpot on your own - analyzing results, drawing conclusions, and knowing what's working. • Strong grasp of social media - spotting trends before they go mainstream. • Fluent in AI tools for video and statics - knowing how to stack them and when to reach for each one. • Full command of the creative spectrum - from Figma and After Effects to InDesign and production-ready files. You're already ahead if you: • Have worked in-house at a SaaS, e-commerce, or D2C company as a marketing designer / generalist. • Have designed performance ads (Meta) and can speak to their results. • Have experience delivering topics end-to-end: from idea to merch at the door. • Have done AI UGC, faceless ads, or avatar-based ads. • Understand the basics of the marketing funnel and can put together example banner copy. We would love to see your portfolio with 5–8 assets showing range - not just performance ads, but also examples of landing pages, pitch decks, prints, merch, or event materials. For each one, briefly include: context (brand, goal, channel), what you did independently, and if you have data - how it performed. We care about what worked and what you delivered end-to-end, not just what looked good. We would like to offer you: • Broad scope - from design Meta Ads to a booth at SaaStock - every week brings something new. • Real media and event budgets. • Hybrid work model with flexible hours. • 26 days off guaranteed in a year. • Great development opportunities – company-supported courses and conferences. • Individual work tools - MacBook Pro, Dell screen, JBL headphones. You can tailor the equipment to your needs! • Mental well-being program – individual therapy sessions and resources for employees. • Sport & wellness benefit or its financial equivalent. • Free access to one of the most popular e-book/audiobook services. • Regular social events (company-wide offsites, team events). • Budget for 1:1 English language classes. What happens when you send your CV? • Video call with a recruiter about the position and the team. • 1st interview with the Hiring Manager and the recruiter. • Task • Final interview • Offer and fireworks 🎉 Diversity Statement One of Tidio’s core values is to play fair.
