The client is a universal bank Basic information: Location: 1 day/week from the office in Warsaw or Poznań Rate: open Type of employment: B2B contract Duration: 12 months + extensions Recruitment process: 1 stage English: B1 Luxmed, MultiSport, equipment provided by the client Competencies: • Higher education (preferred fields: economics, finance, sales, insurance, or similar) • Knowledge of insurance products, processes, banking services, and distribution channels • Practical experience in implementing insurance products and processes: from researching market and customer needs to implementing the product created by the team in various sales channels • Knowledge of UX and CX and TX principles • 3 years of experience Scope of work: • Developing insurance offerings for the bank's individual customers • Management of the quality, maintenance, and service process for insurance products for individual customers • Development of insurance sales processes • Implementation of changes in distribution channels • Implementation of communication and sales efficiency improvement measures • Work in Scrum/Agile Hays Poland sp. z o.o. is an employment agency registered in a registry kept by Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship under the number 361.
