The role is structured as approximately 20% hands-on technical work (development, data, architecture) and 80% stakeholder engagement, problem definition, and delivery ownership. You will work directly with business teams to identify problems, define solutions, and deliver production-ready applications integrated into day-to-day operations. This is not a pure software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or research-focused role. It is best suited to someone who is commercially minded, highly structured, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident working with both senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
