This is not just another design role. You will have real ownership and freedom to shape how the Web Design department works. You’ll define standards, introduce trends, and build foundations that future designers will follow. Zakres obowiązków: Designing and building visually compelling Framer templates that we’ll sell on marketplaces for small and medium businesses. This part gives you a lot of creative freedom in terms of visuals, structure, and storytelling. Designing high-quality websites and web apps in Figma for internal products and external clients. Integrating motion and interaction design into web projects using tools such as Figma, Framer, Jitter, and Spline. Supporting copy direction when needed, ensuring that design and content work together seamlessly to create a strong conversion-focused experience.
