Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial design, layout, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects or similar is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Power BI is a plus).
Experience designing reports and working with text-heavy documents.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visual solutions.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-design stakeholders.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

The Resilient Economies team at Ecorys is seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer with strong visual instincts and solid organisational skills to help us communicate complex research and policy work in clear, visually compelling ways.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in editorial design, layout, and visual storytelling, ideally with a background in designing reports, publications, or communications materials for research, consulting, or public sector clients.
The role:
The successful candidate will primarily support our project teams in translating research, data, and policy insights into accessible visual formats. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring:
● strong visual instincts combined with the organisational skills to manage several projects at once;
● previous experience designing text-heavy, editorial materials such as reports and publications;
● the ability to pick up new subject matter quickly and collaborate smoothly across project teams.
Zakres obowiązków:
Design reports, publications, infographics, data visualisations, presentations, and digital content.
Work with project teams from early stages to conceptualise research findings, data, and process flows into clear visual outputs.
Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project needs and translate them into visual outputs.
Support the delivery of communications plans.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials, following Ecorys' visual identity.
Support proposal development with visually compelling layouts and graphics.
Contribute ideas to improve visual communication and design processes within the team.

Full-time or part-time engagement, in accordance with Polish regulations
The final compensation package will depend on experience, seniority and scope of engagement.
Salary range and other benefits
Salary: 9,000-11,000 PLN gross, depending on experience (for full-time roles)
