Graphic Designer (Neauvia)

Nasze wymagania: It is temporary work for minimum 1 year. Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or a related field (required portfolio). Strong skills in video editing, motion design, and visual content creation. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. English – fluent (written and spoken). Experience working with branding guidelines and international teams is an advantage. Zakres obowiązków: Design innovative visual concepts using appropriate tools, media, and technologies aligned with brand strategy. Create engaging video content for broadcast, online platforms, and social media channels. Edit both long-form and short-form video content for live broadcast replay, as well as for linear and digital distribution. Develop and edit video materials for digital platforms and social media, including interviews, product-focused content, scientific and medical protocol materials, and highlights from international events. Produce 2D animations, infographics, illustrations, diagrams, and other visual assets. Prepare, design, and adapt marketing materials for print in English, such as publications, brochures, flyers, artworks, packshots, advertising banners, scientific materials, and patient communication content. Ensure consistency with branding, marketing, and communication strategies by maintaining and enforcing the graphical charter and brand visual guidelines. Enhance and refine presentations for internal and external stakeholders when required. Support the Product Manager in areas such as packaging proofreading, visual merchandising, 3D simulations, and artwork preparation. Lead asset management processes in collaboration with the global marketing team, creative agencies, and act as the owner of asset-sharing tools for global teams, affiliates, and partners.
