Nasze wymagania:
Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop).
Ability to create illustrations and visual concepts.
Strong PowerPoint skills.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual communication.
A portfolio showcasing strong and flexible design skills.
Minimum 2 years' experience
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate ideas effectively.

Experience with Figma.

Zakres obowiązków:
Creating visually stunning graphics for digital platforms and print, including educational resources, websites, email campaigns, and informative publications such as reports and training materials.
Developing dynamic motion design for explainer videos, social media content, and training materials, bringing complex ideas to life through engaging animation.
Creating visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines.
Designing presentations and proposals.
Collaborating with both local and international teams on various projects.
Taking ownership of assigned projects from concept to implementation.
Continuously learn and improve your skills.
