O projekcie: About LeanCode At LeanCode, we build core technology solutions for global, large-scale organizations. We are a global leader in Flutter, an official Flutter Consultancy, and one of only four agencies at the Flutter Advisory Board – working closely with Google and delivering projects worldwide: from the US and LatAm, through Europe (UK, DACH, Nordics), to Australia. At our core, we are a team of 75+ engineers, designers, and specialists, who learn fast, constantly improve, and never cheat – both in how we build software and how we work with our clients. 2026 is all about AI. Yet design might be the very last domain to be entirely replaced by autonomous agents. That’s why your role as a designer is more important than ever: to embrace the superpowers AI provides, while still driving the creative process yourself. At LeanCode, we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who wants to: - Master the tools needed to build AI-ready projects with Figma MCP;- Create and evolve complex Design Systems that scale;- Take ownership of the usability of mobile products, ensuring a user-centered approach in every feature;- Grow in a stable environment that values both great project delivery and your personal development.- Ensure all designs follow WCAG standards to create inclusive digital products. If this sounds like you, then you might be the perfect fit for the UX Designer role at LeanCode! Craftsmanship first In our projects, we push Figma to its limits by building beautiful, programmable Design Systems. We maintain our own LeanCode Design System and adapt it for each project to ensure efficiency and consistency. Our UX team works hand in hand with developers, making sure every detail is covered — from interactions and animations to edge cases — so that designs are both exhaustive and implementation-ready. UX goes beyond mockups When working with our clients, we rely heavily on Service Design techniques to uncover the real pain points end-users face and craft solutions that truly address their needs. We are strong advocates of the Lean Startup approach (as described by Eric Ries), which pushes teams to step outside the office, validate business needs with clients, and run interviews with end-users. Our design process typically begins with interactive workshops lasting two to four weeks (inspired by Jake Knapp’s Google Sprint guidelines). These sessions often result in a Proof of Concept. Once validated, the solution is refined iteratively — adding new features, regularly releasing them to real users, and evolving the product into a robust MVP. This process keeps us aligned with user needs and ensures we deliver the highest possible value at every stage. What you can expect: - 15 000 - 20 000 + VAT;- B2B Contract;- Any work model (Remote, Hybrid, or On-site)- MacBook;- Comfortable, spacious office with a large backyard (we have frequent BBQ parties);- Specialty coffee from a local roastery (yes, we are coffee freaks…);- Regular UX meetings and working on the internal processes to excel in delivery;- Frequent technical talks from various areas of software development (system architecture, Domain-Driven Design, mobile & frontend trends, UX);- Table tennis and table soccer tournaments. Wymagania: You will be considered a perfect match for this role if you have:- Experience as a UX/UI Designer (3+ years) in building mobile apps;- Proficiency in craftsmanship and independence in day-to-day work;- Experience in working with Scrum;- Great command of English and natural communication skills;- Process and structure-oriented thinking;- Polish language is required.We give extra points for:- Proven experience in working with Design Systems;- Strong knowledge of accessibility (a11y) and practical experience in implementing WCAG standards;- Ability to work in the office or in a hybrid setup (Warsaw, Służew Metro Station). Codzienne zadania: - Direct work with the client on the problem statement and business needs; - Analysing the business need of the client and structuring the problem; - Desk research and benchmarking for the existing solutions to the problem; - Solution engineering using Service Design Methods; - Creation of the Low-Fi and Hi-Fi, interactive mockups, and all necessary product exemplifications enabling communication with key stakeholders; - Facilitating the Product Roadmap design process; - Working on Product Backlog; - Cooperating with the Scrum Teams on delivering the product;
