About the Role As our Product Designer, you'll join as an early design hire and own end-to-end design across the platform. You'll work directly alongside the Head of Design to shape how financial services users interact with data integrations and transformations - designing interfaces that make complex workflows feel approachable and building the visual trust that enterprise customers require. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll take features from discovery through high-fidelity Figma deliverables to implementation support - running your own user research, contributing to the design system, and collaborating directly with engineers on what ships. Financial services users are experienced, detail-oriented, and skeptical of tools that look good but don't work. The bar for craft is high. Zakres obowiązków: Product Design Own end-to-end design for product features - research and ideation through high-fidelity design and implementation support Design intuitive interfaces for integration configuration, transformation building, workflow monitoring, and results exploration Create clear UX for communicating AI outputs - confidence levels, transformation previews, and error states that help users build appropriate trust in AI-generated results A fierce defender of user needs and the jobs to be done, all while making high-judgment UX tradeoffs - especially around AI interaction patterns, information density, and user types.
