O projekcie: About StockSaver StockSaver is the hungarian branch of JLI Trading Limited, which is the technology-led company behind Jobalots.com and BargainFox.com, two of Europe’s fastest-growing e-commerce platforms. With millions of monthly users, we’re expanding our Budapest tech team to support ongoing growth, innovation, and platform scaling, which means developing further our existing platforms and creating new, green-field e-commerce platforms as well. About the role You'll own end-to-end product design for Jobalots and BargainFox, and shape JLI's new products as they're built. You'll work as a triad with engineering and executive product sponsors, translating business goals into wireframes, prototypes and shipped Figma designs. This is a broad, hands-on role with real strategic influence. Salary & Benefits - Salary: HUF 1.3m – 1.5m gross per month.- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% annually.- Hybrid Work Model: 2 days/week in our Budapest office, 3 days remote - Private Health Insurance.- Professional Development Support.- A dynamic, collaborative engineering culture with modern tools and real impact. Working Hours and Location - Full-time (40 hours/week).- Based in Budapest with a hybrid working model. Wymagania: Must-have skills - 3+ years of product design experience - A portfolio that shows end-to-end product thinking - problem framing, what was discarded, what shipped, and what the impact was. - Expert Figma skills - auto-layout, components, variants, design tokens, Dev Mode, prototyping. - Experience working closely with engineering - you've shipped features in collaboration with developers, contributed to design tokens, and understand how your designs translate to code. - Design system experience - building, contributing to, or maintaining one in a production environment. - A/B testing and experimentation as a working part of how you design - User research experience - you've planned and run interviews and usability tests, and translated findings into design decisions. - Strong communication skills in English - our working language for engineering and product.- Mobile-first design experience - Comfort with ambiguity - you've worked somewhere without a playbook and built structure as you went. Nice-to-have skills - E-commerce, marketplace, or auction product experience. Auction UX is a niche specialism (bidding flows, time-pressure interactions, trust signals, dispute handling) and prior exposure here is a major advantage. - Working knowledge of HTML / CSS - not to write production code, but enough to have credible conversations with engineers about feasibility. - AI-assisted design tooling fluency - Figma's AI features, design-to-code tools, Make, v0, or similar. We're an AI-forward engineering team. - Localisation experience - multi-language and multi-currency product design (we serve UK and EU markets). - First or founding designer experience - comfort being the design function, not part of it. - Brand or visual design strength as a secondary skill.- Product analytics fluency - comfortable in PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or equivalent. You can help with defining events, read funnels, analyse drop-offs, and use session replay to identify friction. Codzienne zadania: - Take feature briefs and ambiguous problems and turn them into wireframes, clickable Figma prototypes, and shipped high-fidelity designs. - Build and maintain our design system across four products. - Partner closely with engineering during design, so what you design is what gets built. - Run design QA on shipped features and hold the bar for quality. - Define events, metrics, and funnels for every feature you design (we use PostHog). Read the data, find friction, and propose iterations. - Design and run A/B tests on conversion-critical flows (auction bidding, checkout, registration, listings). - Plan and conduct user research - Benchmark competitors and bring ideas the business wouldn't have asked for. Push back when business requests would degrade the user experience. - Sit in product and strategy conversations as a peer, not a service function.
