About the team We are a cross-functional team building a platform for marketers and data analysts. We create tools for analyzing and activating user data from websites and mobile applications. Our focus area includes data collection, integrations, and enabling data usage across other systems, working closely with product management and engineering teams. Your role You will be responsible for designing user experiences in a complex, technical B2B product. Your goal will be to deeply understand real user needs, simplify complicated workflows, and turn insights into practical UX solutions. What you’ll do: • Conduct user research and gather insights (interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis) • Communicate directly with users (in English) • Identify user pain points and needs, and formulate UX hypotheses • Design user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns • Create low- and high-fidelity mock-ups as well as prototypes • Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product development lifecycle • Ensure consistency of user experience and contribute to evolving existing UI components What we’re looking for: • At least 2 years of experience in UX design within a product environment, supported by a strong portfolio • Solid understanding of the full UX process, from discovery to implementation • Experience with research and design methods such as user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and wireframing • Ability to create high-fidelity designs and polished interfaces • Hands-on experience working with design systems and reusable components • Skill in translating business goals into clear and effective UX solutions • Strong communication skills and assertiveness • A self-driven mindset combined with the ability to work well in a team • Confidence in English communication, both written and spoken Bonus points if you have: • Experience working on data-driven products, analytics platforms, or B2B SaaS solutions • Familiarity with the marketing domain • Advanced proficiency in Figma
