Rate: 25–35 USD/hour (B2B/Freelance), depending on experience
• Remote: Work from wherever suits you; no office, no commute
• Flexible hours: Manage your own schedule, with team overlap around 10:00–16:00 CET
• Varied work: Projects across publishing, manufacturing, startups, and more; partners from the US, UK, and Australia
• Real ownership: You'll contribute from strategy through to execution, not just execute on a brief

Job requirements
Your responsibilities
• Lead UX/UI design across multiple client projects from discovery through delivery
• Join client meetings, run or support discovery sessions, and represent your design decisions confidently
• Create prototypes to validate and communicate ideas quickly
• Collaborate with engineers and strategists to make sure the design translates well into the build
• Take ownership of your work; move it forward without waiting to be directed
Must-have requirements
•
3+ years of commercial experience in product or UX/UI design, with a portfolio that shows it
• Proficiency in Figma
• Comfortable with direct client contact and independent communication in meetings

Strong English skills (B2+/C1)
• Able to work autonomously and manage your own workload
• Availability of 20 hours/week with overlap between 10:00–16:00 CET
• Comfortable in Jira or similar project management tools
Nice-to-have requirements
• Experience with Webflow
• AI tools already part of your design workflow
• E-commerce projects in your portfolio
What the process looks like
We try to keep it straightforward and respectful of your time.
• Intro call: 30 minutes with our recruiter to get to know each other and answer any early questions.
• Portfolio review: You'll share your raw working files and portfolio with our Head of Design so we can get a closer look at your process.
• Team interview: A 60-minute conversation with our Project Manager and Head of Design. Expect questions about your experience and a genuine gut-check on fit; both ways. You'll also present a project you're proud of and ready to talk through.
• Final conversation: A short closing chat (around 30 minutes) with our CEO.
