Nasze wymagania: Minimum 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design for web platforms Advanced knowledge of Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and system maintenance Proven experience designing within CMS and frontend limitations, prioritizing modularity and scalability Curiosity about applying AI-driven concepts (e.g., personalization, intelligent search) to real digital products English proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment Fluent in Polish required Residing in Poland required O projekcie: We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer to join a long-term web initiative delivered by Sii in cooperation with our client, a global organization operating large-scale, content-heavy digital platforms. This role focuses on CMS-driven web experiences, modular page structures, and design decisions shaped by frontend and system constraints. It is not a purely visual role — strong UX fundamentals, system thinking, and the ability to challenge assumptions are essential. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders, contributing to scalable design solutions and exploring modern possibilities such as personalization and intelligent search.
