Senior Product Designer (Web)

Nasze wymagania: 6+ years of product design experience in consumer-focused technology companies. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design (concept → pixel-perfect delivery). Excellent skills in interaction design, UI design, and responsive web design. Experience designing complex e-commerce journeys. Ability to think through edge cases, multiple states, and user interactions. Highly collaborative approach and comfort working in cross-functional agile teams. Strong communication and organizational skills. Expert-level English (C2) - including confident presentation and stakeholder communication. Tools & Environment Our design and collaboration stack includes: Figma (expert level required) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Jira, Confluence Slack, Asana Storybook Contentful Zakres obowiązków: Lead UX and UI design across key web acquisition experiences including shop, checkout, and activation journeys. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Design responsive experiences across multiple breakpoints with a mobile-first mindset. Work closely with UX Researchers, Content Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver product features. Develop concept variations and prototypes for user testing and iterate based on insights. Ensure final designs are pixel-perfect and ready for engineering implementation. Define interaction patterns, animations, and motion where relevant. QA developed features to maintain visual quality and design accuracy. Contribute to design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products.
