SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and deliver end-to-end UI/UX designs for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Lightning platform solutions.
• Produce user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Translate intricate financial services business logic and multi-step operational flows into clean, frictionless user interfaces.
• Enforce and extend design patterns aligned with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Facilitate UX discovery workshops, design critiques, stakeholder alignment sessions, and usability validation testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Functional Consultants, Architects, and LWC Developers to evaluate technical feasibility and guide implementation.
• Ensure all interface components comply with accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design guidelines, and enterprise branding rules.
• Deliver complete design specifications and assets to engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect deployment in Lightning Experience.
Skills:
• 8–12 years of proven professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or systems design for enterprise web platforms.
• Hands-on design experience tailoring solutions within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Lightning platform, Lightning Experience patterns, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Advanced mastery of Figma, including auto-layout, interactive prototyping, reusable components, and design token libraries.
• Practical understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) capabilities and constraints from a layout and styling perspective.
• Proven track record designing complex, data-heavy enterprise CRM workflows and operational dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional business and technical teams.
Nice to have:
• Background in retail banking, corporate banking, insurance, or wealth management systems.
• Experience with additional Salesforce clouds, such as Experience Cloud (Communities), Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
• Official Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer).
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML5, CSS3/SLDS styling, JavaScript) to bridge developer handoff efficiently.
