Senior Technical Product Consultant (m/f/d) – Banking Systems & Test Automation (with German)

Nasze wymagania: German: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher 4+ years of experience in product development, test automation engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles Solid understanding of software testing processes and automation concepts Experience working with complex software systems and web/mobile applications Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centric design approaches Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and product solutions Strong communication skills and ability to work with enterprise Clients Understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle Experience collaborating with designers or frontend teams English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher Mile widziane: Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts) Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, Appium, etc.) Experience in the Financial Services / Banking sector ISTQB certification or similar O projekcie: Our unique approach is inspired by the dragonfly - a symbol that possesses the agility to swiftly maneuver in any direction, courtesy of its four independently moving wings. Zakres obowiązków: Work on complex digital transformation projects for internal initiatives and banking Clients Co-develop and evolve our proprietary testing integration platform for online banking applications Translate business and client needs into functional product requirements and solution concepts Collaborate with development and QA teams to design and implement product features Support Clients in defining testing strategies and integrating the platform into their environments Analyze existing testing processes and propose optimization and automation opportunities Contribute to UX/UI improvements of the platform to enhance usability and user workflows Prepare product documentation, solution guidelines, and client-facing materials Participate in product roadmap planning and continuous product improvement initiatives Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users Oferujemy: Competitive salary + performance/client engagement-based bonuses Possibility of having a real and direct impact on the development and shape of the company Flexible working hours (Remote work with available office space in the city center of Warsaw) Individual Training programs, certifications on demand Team building events and fun activities Coaching and reviews to support your career development
