Senior UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer specializing in Digital Employee Experience to design intuitive, modern intranet and communication interfaces powered by Microsoft SharePoint Online and Viva. This role will translate insights into clickable concepts, navigation models, and user flows, supporting strategy development and Phase-1 Proof of Concept delivery. Project information: • Work Setup: 100% Remote • Rate: 160 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract) • Language: English (B2+ Required) • Start date: depending on candidate availability Project scope: • Lead UX discovery and concept development across intranet and employee-facing tools • Design navigation, information architecture, and user journeys for enterprise audiences • Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and visual layouts leveraging Microsoft Viva and SharePoint UX patterns • Partner with architects to validate feasibility across Viva Connections, Engage, Amplify, Teams, and Copilot • Design role-based landing pages, dashboards, and curated resource hubs • Inform personalization approaches—audience targeting, metadata strategy, and content structures • Support usability testing and synthesize feedback into iterative design recommendations • Collaborate with strategists, tech leads, and content owners to ensure alignment between design intent, platform constraints, and business outcomes Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in a similar position • Hands-on UX/UI experience designing enterprise portals, intranets, or internal comms platforms • Expertise in information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and UX research synthesis • Experience designing within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, Viva Connections/Engage/Amplify) • Familiarity with employee journey mapping and accessibility-first design • Strong collaboration with engineering and content teams to drive design decisions into execution Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with SharePoint design frameworks, component libraries, and Viva UX patterns • Knowledge of adaptive card design, Teams UI, or Copilot-powered workflows • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent prototyping tools • Experience working in Agile or multi-stream program delivery We offer: • Full-time job agreement based on B2B • Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) + rehabilitation package.
