Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer Introduction & Summary The Senior UX Designer role focuses on enhancing user experience for digital products by leading design initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders, and driving strategic UX processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in UX, particularly in digital product design, with expertise in tools such as Figma. Main Responsibilities In this role, you will: • Lead user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to create high-quality user experiences. • Translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces. • Drive rapid design iterations based on data and user feedback. • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to align UX with overall product strategy. • Define and measure UX success metrics to assess impact and improvements. • Communicate design concepts effectively through interactive prototypes and storytelling. Key Requirements • Minimum 7 years of experience in UX, specifically in digital product design. • Expertise in Figma and rapid prototyping for testing and validation. • Experience working in Agile teams utilizing Azure DevOps. • Skilled in design systems, accessibility, and UI handoff for React front ends. • Experience in complex business domains and international, cross-functional environments. • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and align UX with business strategy. Nice to Have • Ability to travel occasionally for project-related meetings in Denmark, the UK, or Australia. • Experience leading UX initiatives in diverse teams. • Knowledge of additional design tools beyond Figma.
